The test complex inside the building includes two halls, 230 m2 each. There are five different types of stands in the testing rooms meant for testing of aviation equipment.
Each stand is equipped with an electric drive with wide operating range to ensure running of any testing mode.

This stand is for a wide range research of the vibrational properties of airplane gas-turbine (but not only) engines and their parts.
Based on this stand, research, development and testing of vibrodiagnostics methods are done:
air-mass unbalance of rotors (compressor, turbines)
surge margin
gas flow
bearings
gears
In addition to all of the above, this stand allows testing of:
aerodynamic inhomogeneity of the compressor blade grid;
transfer characteristics of the stator of the aircraft engine.

Stand of the Mi-2 main rotor helicopter gearbox
Main rotor hub with experimental blade models is installed on the gearbox. It is possible to install other blades on the hub according to the customer's request.
The center performs tests of the rotor crafts main rotor blades (please see tests of the blade model on the photo), which includes:
identifying dynamic characteristics of blades by means of modal analysis (see video below)not only in static position, but also in rotation;
identifying static and dynamic loads on the main rotor elements;
flutter testing.

Stand of helicopter gas-turbine engine ТV-2
Two shaft engine TV-2 is driven by two synchronysed electromotors with controlled rotation speed,
as in other stands. This stand is equipped with advanced data acquisition devices, that allows for HUMS type systems to be implemented.
Alongside with that, the engine is equipped with auxillary stock aggregates, including the oiling system.

This stand is used for testing diagnostics methods of the tail rotor transmission, the intermediate gearbox and the tail rotor gearbox.
The technology of tail rotor balancing of a helicopter was worked out on this stand.

Bearings stand
Compact in size, but one of the most efficient stands in our testing hall.
It can carry out calibration testing of the diagnostics methods of customer's bearings various types and sizes.
